• Reports Q4 (Dec) earnings of $1.39 per share, excluding non-recurring items, $0.06 better than the S&P Capital IQ Consensus of $1.33; revenues rose 10.4% year/year to $882 mln vs the $873.37 mln S&P Capital IQ Consensus.
