=Cheniere Energy Partners (CQH) reported earnings on Wed 21 Feb 2018 (b/o)

  • Note: In 2018, Cheniere Energy, Inc. (NYSE: LNG) completed a merger with CQH, acquiring all outstanding units of CQH. This transaction simplified Cheniere’s corporate structure, as CQH was a holding company that primarily owned units of Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. (CQP).



HOUSTON (AP) _ Cheniere Energy Partners LP Holdings LLC (CQH) on Wednesday reported fourth-quarter earnings of $105 million.
The Houston-based company said it had net income of 45 cents per share.
The results missed Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 47 cents per share.
The owner of units of Cheniere Energy Partners LP posted revenue of $105.5 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $118.5 million, or 51 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $120.8 million.
Cheniere Energy Partners shares have climbed 1 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has climbed 16 percent in the last 12 months.

=Cheniere Energy Partners (CQP) increases quarterly distribution to $0.44/unit

Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE MKT: CQP) (Cheniere Partners) is a Delaware limited partnership formed by Cheniere Energy (LNG). Through wholly owned subsidiaries, it owns and operates the Sabine Pass LNG receiving terminal and the Creole Trail Pipeline located in western Cameron Parish, Louisiana on the Sabine-Neches Waterway. Its primary business objectives are to generate stable cash flows sufficient to pay the initial quarterly distribution to unitholders and, over time, to increase quarterly cash distributions.
