Under Armour beats by $0.10, beats on revs; guides FY26 EPS above consensus, revs above consensus
- Reports Q3 (Dec) earnings of $0.09 per share, excluding non-recurring items, $0.10 better than the FactSet Consensus of ($0.01); revenues fell 5.2% year/year to $1.33 bln vs the $1.31 bln FactSet Consensus.
- North America revenue declined 10% to $757 million, while international revenue increased 3% to $577 million (up 1% currency neutral). Within international markets, EMEA revenue grew 6% (up 2% currency neutral), Asia-Pacific declined 5% (down 5% currency neutral), and Latin America increased 20% (up 13% currency neutral).
- Co issues upside guidance for FY26, sees EPS of $0.10-0.11 vs. $0.05 FactSet Consensus; sees FY26 revs of down ~4% yr/yr to ~$4.96 bln vs. $4.94 bln FactSet Consensus.
- Revenue is expected to decline approximately 4%, compared with the prior outlook of a 4 to 5% decline. This includes an approximate 8% decline in North America and a 6% decline in Asia-Pacific, each compared with a previously expected high-single-digit decline, partially offset by an approximate 9% increase in EMEA revenue, compared with a previously expected high-single-digit increase.
- Adjusted diluted earnings per share is expected to range from $0.10 to $0.11, compared with the prior outlook of $0.03 to $0.05.
