Microsoft beats Q4 estimates on accelerating Azure and AI growth, trims 2026 capex forecast to about $175B on accounting change
- Reports Q4 (Jun) earnings of $4.74 per share, excluding non-recurring items, $0.50 better than the FactSet Consensus of $4.24; revenues rose 17.7% year/year to $90.01 bln vs the $87.62 bln FactSet Consensus.

"This year, Azure revenue surpassed $100 billion for the first time, and Microsoft 365 Copilot reached over 30 million paid seats, reflecting the confidence customers are placing in us to power their AI transformation."
